SUTEE at the VII International Congress on Environmental Education

The SUTEE – Showcasing Urban Trees for Environmental Education with IoT Technology project proudly participated in the VII International Congress on Environmental Education and the VII Ibero-American Congress on Environmental Education for Sustainability, held from 13–16 March 2025 at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos(Fuenlabrada, Madrid).

As part of the event, SUTEE delivered an engaging workshop titled “IoT Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Environmental Education”, led by Manuel Uche-Soria and Bernardo Tabuenca (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), with the participation of student Fabricio Altamirano Cargua. The session attracted strong interest from participants and fostered meaningful discussions around the role of emerging technologies in sustainability education. It also served as a platform for new partnerships and collaborations in the field of environmental education.

In addition to the workshop, SUTEE was featured in the poster session, further contributing to the exchange of ideas and best practices among educators, researchers, and policymakers across the Ibero-American region.
