ISIFarmer, known for cultivating and distributing fresh microgreens<\/strong> to both restaurants and individual consumers, welcomed the SUTEE team into their urban farming space<\/strong> located within the market. The ISIFarmer team kindly walked us through the technological infrastructure<\/strong> behind their indoor cultivation system, showcasing how controlled environments, sensors, and automation enable efficient and sustainable food production right in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
