The ISIFarmer team kindly walked us through the <strong>technological infrastructure<\/strong> behind their indoor cultivation system, showcasing how controlled environments, sensors, and automation enable efficient and sustainable food production right in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conversation also touched on ISIFarmer\u2019s vision to <strong>expand their model across urban neighbourhoods in Madrid and beyond<\/strong>, always with a focus on local, sustainable consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This visit aimed to lay the groundwork for <strong>future pilots and student-led activities<\/strong> within the SUTEE project.
